Our Services
Three Services, Each Done Properly
We offer three clearly defined services, each with transparent pricing and a consistent approach. You choose what your watch needs; we carry it out with patience.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Our Approach to Every Repair
Regardless of which service you choose, the same process applies. A watch is not simply handed to a technician and returned. There are steps, and we follow them.
Receive & Examine
The watch is logged, examined externally, and assessed before any opening or disassembly.
Discuss & Confirm
Findings are shared with you. Work proceeds only after you agree on scope and cost.
Service & Verify
The work is carried out methodically. Mechanical services are timed and verified after reassembly.
Return & Explain
The watch is returned clean and, where relevant, with a written note on what was done and any care suggestions.

Standards at the Bench
Consistent Across Every Service
Secure Handling & Storage
Each watch is individually stored and labelled throughout its time with us. Nothing is left unattended on an open bench.
Appropriate Lubricants Only
We apply watch-grade lubricants in quantities matched to the movement and its era. Over-lubrication causes as many issues as under-lubrication.
Communication at Every Stage
If anything unexpected is found during work, we contact you before proceeding. Nothing surprises you on collection.
Originality Above Convenience
Replacement parts are a last resort. We take the longer route when it means a watch leaves us more authentic.
Clear, Fixed Pricing
The prices shown here and at the workshop are what you pay. No assessment fees, no administrative additions.
Clean Bench Environment
Movement work is conducted in a low-dust environment with appropriate lighting and magnification to avoid errors.
